Effective September 7, 2026. Blue Oaks Capital LLC collects the contact details and property assumptions you submit to create your DealPath report, respond to requests, operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Information we collect

This can include your name, email address, experience level, investment goal, property location, property and financing assumptions, calculated results, and basic service logs. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information.

How we use and share information

We use submitted information to provide the report and support the service. We may use vendors that host or operate the service under appropriate restrictions. We do not state that your information is sold. Optional product-update emails are sent only when you select the marketing checkbox, and you may unsubscribe.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable obligations. You may ask Blue Oaks Capital LLC to access, correct, or delete your submitted information using the contact method provided by the company.

We may update this notice as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
